Width:14.5cm
Made of wood, written with black lacquer ink on gold base. Made in 1586.
Two of them have the same inscription with Mitsukashiwa mark, the family crest of Kasai’s, it was offered by Otei (Sadasen), a daughter of Kasai Sakyo-taifu Harunobu who used to be a lord in seven county in Kasai, when she pilgrimaged in 1586.
Therefore it is very precious example of a votive tablet for pilgrimage in medieval times.
