Overview
A businessman from Morioka, Segawa Yasugoro, was built as a residence in around 1868, and the construction was completed over several years, and remains today as the few Meiji residences and gardens of the few in Morioka. As the owner changes one after another between the Meiji, Taisho, Showa, Heisei and almost 115 years, it reflects the social change from time to time, and is inherited to today's figure.
