|transportation||Bus: Take the "For Suidobashi" ride from Morioka Station No. 12 and get off at "Shinobashicho". 5 minutes on foot. Alternatively, take the “Morioka Nanbu Central City Circulation Bus” and get off at “Nanchangso Entrance”. 3 minutes on foot.
Walking: About 20 minutes from Morioka Station. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Kawatoku (garden) and Nakazo (Kanomachi).

A businessman from Morioka, Segawa Yasugoro, was built as a residence in around 1868, and the construction was completed over several years, and remains today as the few Meiji residences and gardens of the few in Morioka. As the owner changes one after another between the Meiji, Taisho, Showa, Heisei and almost 115 years, it reflects the social change from time to time, and is inherited to today's figure.
