Doctor and educator. After graduating from Shimohashi Minoru, he entered the Prefectural Iwate Medical School in 1880 in 1880 while acting as a substitute teacher. We rent a closed prefectural hospital and revive the hospital. The medical training center established in this later became Iwate Medical College, and became the current Iwate Medical University. In addition, we are also committed to private school and secondary education in secondary schools and have been elected for six consecutive times in Morioka City Council. Together with his brother Yoshida Mita, he built a great foundation stone for the culture of the prefecture.
