Commentary
President of the Seiyukai, Prime Minister. The political principle of Hara is that a party that has a large number of people's will make the cabinet and implement the policy, denying the cabinet by the nomination of the Barbarians. Hara became the first secretary general and third president of the Seiyukai in 1900 (Meiji 33), and transformed the Seiyukai into a modern party. When Mr. Hara as party leader and deputy leader becomes prime minister in 1918 (Taisho 7), the world welcomes this as a common minister. The clarity of Hara is typified by the promotion and implementation of a royal visit to Europe. The general election was premature, and the parliamentary parliament realized the absolute majority of the parliament in a limited election with three yen as a voter. However, Hara was assassinated at the head of Tokyo Station in 1921 for its clarity.
