Commentary
Baseball catcher. Belongs to the non-professional Hakodate Taiyo Club and is active in many games, in particular he was well-known as the leader of Sawamura, serving as the entire Japanese captain in Japan-US baseball in 1934. During the match at Sapporo Maruyama Stadium in 1939, the ball hit the head and died. Established the "Kuji Award" in the 1947 urban competition baseball game, and entered the baseball hall of fame in 1959.
