15 copper and 4 iron.
The copper structure consists of 10 faces with an extruded Buddha image, 3 faces cast into a disc, and 2 faces with a hair cut from the back and a figure on the surface.
The iron statues are cast in a disc and consist of three faces of the French-Japanese minister and one face of the Amida satire.
Kumano Sangoku Gongen's hometown Buddhas are Amida (Norimiya), Senju Kannon (Nishinomiya and Nachi), and Yakushi Ninara (Shingu), but among these 19 Sensen Kannon are not included.
However, it may have been dedicating it to foreign ministers in anticipation of it.

The production age of the Buddha has been preserved with Kamakura from Kamakura to the early Edo period.
